Non-Emulsifier
GNE-22 is a blend of cationic and nonionic nonemulsifiers with is particularly useful in clearing residual oil from the acid phase in emulsion testing. It promotes rapid breaking in live or spent acid, and typically helps in getting good water – wettability.
GNE-23 is a strongly cationic nonemulsifier for use in all strengths of hydrochloric acid as well as in fracturing fluids. It promotes rapid breaking and typically gives good water – wettability.
GNE-24 is a blended cationic/nonionic nonem ulsifier for use in most oilfield acids. It treats a wide variety of crude oils ranging from condensate to fairly heavy oils
GNE-25 is a highly effective nonemulsifier for oilfield acids. It has shown its utility in a wide variety of crude oils, typically giving exceptionally clean aqueous phases on break.
GNE-26 is a concentrated nonionic surfactant designed to function as an acid non-emulsifier as well as a highly effective surface tension reducing agent. Its nonionic nature gives good compatibility with all types of inhibitors, surfactants, etc.
GNE-27 is a nonionic surfactant with excellent surface tension reduction properties in frac fluids and kills fluids. It also functions as a nonemulsifier in these fluids or in acid.
GNE-28 is a highly effective nonemulsifier for oilfield acids. It has shown its utility in a wide variety of crude oils, typically giving exceptionally clean aqueous phases on break.
GNE-29 is an economical nonionic non-emulsifier for oilfield acids and frac fluids. It has shown its utility in a wide variety of crude oils, typically giving exceptionally clean aqueous phases on break.
GNE-211 is an anionic nonemulsifier and antisludge agent for use in oilwell acidizing. It is suitable for a wide variety of crude oils and is particularly recommended for use in sandstone reservoirs.
GNE-212 is a nonionic nonemulsifier for use in oilwell stim ulation. It is suitable for a wide variety of crude oils in both acidizing and fracturing operations. GNE-212 contains components to aid in post-frac water recovery.
GNE-213G is a highly effective nonemulsifier for oilfield stimulation systems including fracturing and acids. It has shown its utility in a wide variety of crude oils, typically giving exceptionally clean aqueous phases on break. It contains no methanol or 2-butoxyethanol (EGMBE).
Antisludge Agent
ANSL-200 is an anionic surfactant that aids in preventing sludge formation in oilwell acidizing. It is primarily used in some asphaltic oils where iron reducing agents alone do not eliminate sludging.
Wetting Agent
GWA-210 is a powerful wetting agent designed to improve performance of non- emulsifiers for all acid systems. In API emulsion tests or shaker bottle testing, Plexwet 1000 helps give cleaner glass and better, faster removal of oil from the aqueous phase. The product has been tested in a variety of West Texas oils with uniformly good results.
