NeOz’ NE-B Series Centralizers are specially designed for vertical wells wherein low starting forces as well as high restoring forces are required. The Bows of these Centralizers are heat treated in special furnace which gives it a peculiar ‘bow spring’ action

NeOz’ Rigid Centralizers are recommended for cased hole applications however they can function equally well in open hole applications. These provide optimum concentricity during casing cementing operations. The design allows cement to completely surround casing in tight casing to formation conditions.

NeOz manufactures high quality Float Equipments designed and tested as per American Petroleum Institute Recommended Practices 10F.

The standard Float Equipments use the Manual fill Float Shoe and Collars which comes with the ‘Genora’ valve, a spring–plunger one way check valve to withstand high temperature and high flow rates and designed to meet API recommended practice 10F. The ‘Genora’ valve can withstand the abrasive wear of the mud and cement during mud circulation period. These are available in three different sizes so that the flow area can be optimized.

The Stello-N-Centralizer is a NeOz patent* centralizer designed By NeOz which is a single piece construction bow spring centralizer with the ability of an inbuilt low friction high tensile buttons. The single piece construction uses high quality spring steel to give a robust strength to the centralizer.

Two primary purpose of this single piece centralizer are provides the maximum stand-off and gives the strength of rigid centralizers with the flexibility of a bow spring centralizer

The low friction buttons provides two most important features; gives the extremely low co-efficient of friction as only the buttons contact the hole and no part of bow is in touch with the hole and provides maximum torque reduction in open and cased hole situation.

During casing rotation and reciprocation the one piece design gives the centralizer it robust strength and the buttons on the bows help to reduce the co-efficient of friction to the minimum.
